Not long ago, a video introducing sand art and my work was featured at 1st Street C-Train Station.
In the heart of downtown Calgary, where so many people pass by each day,
it was a meaningful moment to share the beauty and emotion of sand art with a wider audience.
I came to Canada with the hope of telling stories through sand,
and being able to share those stories with more people made this experience even more special.
A heartfelt thank you to Werklund Centre (formerly Arts Commons) for making this possible.
Sand art continues to be a way of holding stories and connecting with people,
and I hope to keep creating work that resonates with hearts. ✨
